useful washer useful dryer broken phone untrained staff

the suites included a washer and dryer this was useful

the phones across the suite did not work i could not easily call room service staff was not well-trained it took many follow-ups to get basic requests fulfilled room service charged an extra 15 usd this seemed like looting
